Straight from France to your dining room! Jason Bond, Executive Chef at the Beacon Hill Bistro (and James’s lesser-known younger brother), will prepare a four-course French dinner for 10 in your home. Each course will be paired with a French wine from European Cellars, and Beacon Hill Bistro owner Cecilia Rait will be on hand to discuss each pairing.
Spend a fabulous week with your family or friends in a deluxe cottage on Nantucket! The three-bedroom cottage is located on the beautiful west side of the island at Tristram’s Landing, Madaket, sleeps 8 comfortably, and is a mere 10-minute walk to the beach. Dates are May 17–24, 2008, overlapping the Nantucket Wine Festival and the 37th annual Figawi sailboat race. Plus 6 round-trip ferry passes from Hy-Line Cruises.
Fall weekend at a rustic, American-Gothic 1890s farm house in Killington, Vermont. Beautiful surroundings with views of Killington and Pico. Detached barn, nearby stream, trails for hiking, and apple orchard on property. House has 5 bedrooms/1 bathroom and sleeps 9–10 people.
Experience a little heaven at the Garden of Eden with a wine and cheese pairing for 12 on the patio. Chef Robert Lionette will choose a selection of sustainable biodynamic wines and pair them with artisinal cheeses and other culinary tidbits in this tasty tasting menu.
